With Gostei, passengers can view their trip history, including pick-up and drop-off addresses, driver names, dates, and costs. The app also allows passengers to request a ride by selecting up to 10 destinations. The search bar enables users to easily choose a drop-off location.

Gostei also offers a rating system for both passengers and drivers. In the event of a rating below 3 stars, users have the option to provide feedback on the reason for their rating.
